Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Global Product Manager for Spectroscopy & Systems Integration to shape the product vision and roadmap for advanced spectroscopy technologies and connected analytical solutions. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams across Product Management, R&D, Applications, Software, Systems, Commercial and Operations to advance opportunities and commercialization.

You will lead cross-functional alignment across SoloVPE and related spectroscopic platforms,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering or life sciences required.
5+ years of product management or related experience in analytical instrumentation or bioprocessing.
Experience with spectroscopy, analytical instruments or hardware–software solutions preferred.
Ability to translate customer and technical needs into practical product requirements.
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
Willingness to travel ~15%.

Responsibilities

Define, own and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for spectroscopy technologies and connected solutions.
Translate business objectives and market needs into actionable requirements and development priorities.
Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction to stakeholders.
Serve as primary product representative for spectroscopy across business units and platforms.
Coordinate roadmaps, dependencies and integration priorities across hardware, software, and data workflows.
Define requirements and priorities for integrating spectroscopy with instruments, manufacturing systems and data workflows.
Engage customers and external partners to validate needs and advance commercialization opportunities.
Balance stakeholder requests with clear rationale and measurable success criteria.
Define product KPIs and use market insights to identify improvements and investments.
Partner with customers and internal teams to understand user workflows and unmet needs.
Drive solutions that improve customer outcomes across bioprocessing workflows.
