Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Global Product Manager for Spectroscopy & Systems Integration to lead the vision, strategy and lifecycle of spectroscopy technologies and connected analytical solutions across process development and manufacturing. You will collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Applications, Software and Operations to align priorities and drive commercialization.

You will translate customer workflows and market needs into actionable requirements, define KPIs and own product tradeoffs,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, life sciences or a related technical discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
5+ years of product management, commercial or related experience in analytical instrumentation, life sciences, bioprocessing or another technical market.
Experience with spectroscopy, analytical instruments, connected products or hardware-and-software solutions preferred.
Ability to translate customer and technical needs into practical product requirements and business recommendations.

Responsibilities

Define, own and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for assigned spectroscopy technologies and connected solutions.
Translate business objectives, customer workflows and market needs into actionable product requirements and development priorities.
Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction and priorities to stakeholders.
Serve as the primary Process Analytics product representative for spectroscopy technologies and cross-functional alignment across units.
Coordinate shared roadmaps and integration priorities across hardware, software, applications and automation platforms.
