Job summary

RepliGen Corporation in the United States is seeking a Global Product Manager for Spectroscopy & Systems Integration to drive development and commercialization of spectroscopy-based analytical solutions and their integration into bioprocessing systems.

The role collaborates with Product Management, R&D, Applications, Software, Systems and Operations to align strategy and deliver connected analytics across development and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, commercial or related experience in analytical instrumentation or bioprocessing.
• Experience with spectroscopy, analytical instruments or connected hardware/software solutions preferred.
• Able to translate customer and technical needs into practical product requirements.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build internal/external relationships.
• Willingness to travel ~15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
• Translate objectives and market needs into actionable product requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate roadmaps and integration priorities across hardware, software, applications and data workflows.
• Engage customers and partners to validate needs and advance commercialization opportunities.
• Define KPIs and report performance to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support go-to-market, training, documentation and market readiness activities.
