Job summary
RepliGen Corporation is seeking a Global Product Manager, Spectroscopy & Systems Integration to lead the vision and roadmap for spectroscopy-based analytical solutions and their integration into bioprocessing systems. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and prioritized initiatives.
The role spans Product Management, R&D, Applications, Software, Systems, Commercial and Operations, and requires travel ~15% to support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, life sciences or related technical discipline.
- MBA preferred for leadership track or advancement.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for spectroscopy technologies and connected analytics.
- Translate customer workflows and market needs into actionable requirements and priorities.
- Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction to stakeholders.
- Coordinate roadmaps and integration priorities across hardware, software, and services.
- Engage customers and partners to validate needs and advance commercialization opportunities.
- Own product initiatives with value-based decision criteria considering impact, value, quality and feasibility.
- Define requirements and success criteria for development and delivery initiatives.
- Support product launches and commercialization activities with cross-functional teams.
