Job summary

RepliGen Corporation is seeking a Global Product Manager for Spectroscopy & Systems Integration to define product needs and drive the roadmap for connected analytical solutions in bioprocessing. You will work with cross-functional teams across R&D, Applications, Software, and Operations to advance opportunities and deliver integrated solutions for process development and manufacturing.

The role partners with multiple product lines to align priorities, manage lifecycle, and deliver market-ready

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, life sciences or a related technical discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
5+ years of product management, commercial or related experience in analytical instrumentation, life sciences, bioprocessing or another technical market.
Experience with spectroscopy, analytical instruments, connected products or hardware-and-software solutions preferred.
Ability to translate customer and technical needs into practical product requirements and business recommendations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-facing experience and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
Ability to travel approximately 15% or as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for assigned spectroscopy technologies, integration opportunities and connected analytical solutions.
Translate business objectives, customer workflows and market needs into actionable product requirements and development priorities.
Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction, priorities and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Partner with Product Managers across SoloVPE PLUS and broader spectroscopy portfolio to align shared technology priorities and integration requirements.
Coordinate shared roadmaps, dependencies and integration priorities across hardware, software, applications, automation platforms and third-party solutions.
Define product requirements and priorities for integrating spectroscopy with Process Analytics instruments, manufacturing systems and data workflows.
Engage customers, technology providers and external partners to validate needs and advance commercialization opportunities.
Own and prioritize product initiatives using value-based criteria and track KPIs.
