Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Global Product Manager for Spectroscopy & Systems Integration to drive product strategy across spectroscopy technologies and connected analytical solutions. You will define vision, coordinate cross-functional roadmaps, and translate customer needs into actionable requirements for development and commercialization.

Collaborating with R&D, Applications, Commercial, and Operations, you will guide lifecycle management and launch readiness while engaging with customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering or life sciences; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of product management, commercial or related experience in analytical instrumentation, life sciences or bioprocessing.
• Experience with spectroscopy, analytical instruments, connected products or hardware-and-software solutions preferred.
• Ability to translate customer and technical needs into practical product requirements and business recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
• Ability to travel approximately 15% or as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for assigned spectroscopy technologies and connected solutions.
• Translate business objectives, customer workflows and market needs into actionable requirements and priorities.
• Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction, priorities and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Serve as primary representative for spectroscopy technologies across business units and product platforms.
• Coordinate shared roadmaps and integration priorities across hardware, software, applications and data workflows.
• Define product requirements and priorities for integrating spectroscopy with instruments, systems and data workflows.
• Engage customers and external partners to validate needs and advance opportunities.
• Own and prioritize product initiatives with value-based decision criteria.
