Repligen Corporation is seeking a Global Product Manager, Spectroscopy & Systems Integration to lead vision, strategy and lifecycle for spectroscopy technologies and connected analytical solutions. You will translate customer workflows into actionable product requirements and drive cross-functional execution across R&D, Applications, Software, and Commercial teams.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, life sciences or a related technical discipline; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
5+ years of product management, commercial or related experience in analytical instrumentation or bioprocessing.
Experience with spectroscopy, analytical instruments, connected products or hardware and software solutions.
Ability to translate customer and technical needs into practical product requirements and business recommendations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-facing experience and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
Ability to travel approximately 15% or as business needs require.

Responsabilidades

Define, own and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for assigned spectroscopy technologies, integration opportunities and connected analytical solutions.
Translate business objectives, customer workflows and market needs into actionable product requirements and development priorities.
Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction, priorities and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Serve as the primary Process Analytics product representative for spectroscopy technologies, systems integration and connected solution strategies.
Partner with Product Managers across SoloVPE PLUS and spectroscopy portfolio to align priorities and integration requirements.
Coordinate roadmaps, dependencies and integration priorities across hardware, software, applications and automation platforms.
Define product requirements and priorities for integrating spectroscopy with Process Analytics instruments and manufacturing systems.
Engage customers, technology providers and external partners to validate needs and advance commercialization opportunities.
Own and prioritize product initiatives using value-based criteria considering customer impact and technical feasibility.
Maintain product priorities through refinement, business-case evaluation and roadmap alignment.
Define outcomes and success criteria for development initiatives.
Balance stakeholder requests with clear rationale and measurable success.
