Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Global Strategic Sourcing professional to partner with leadership, drive long-term category wave planning, and run transformation programs across Technology, Corporate Services, and Marketing. You will lead high-visibility projects, align stakeholders, and enable value delivery beyond cost savings in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

You will coordinate across Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations, guiding teams through ambiguity to measurable outcomes,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong project and program management skills for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to synthesize input into a clear point of view.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• High EQ and relationship-building; influence without formal authority.
• Analytical thinker who uses data to frame decisions and tell a story.
• Highly organized with multi-brand, multi-market prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Steward multi-year category wave planning across Technology, Corporate Services, and Marketing.
• Assemble and maintain the multi-year plan across 40+ markets and three brands.
• Coordinate with Category Leads to keep the plan realistic and resourced.
• Track progress, surface risks and dependencies, and inform trade-off decisions.
• Link wave plan to value creation beyond savings, including enablement and risk reduction.
• Draft executive communications and leadership materials for review and approval.
• Ensure consistent messaging across brands and stakeholder groups.
