• Proven track record leading multi-year, cross-organizational transformations.
• Strategic mindset to resolve ambiguous business and technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop 12 TPMs supporting ~1,300 engineers across five orgs.
• Shape portfolio strategy, investment tradeoffs, and technical sequencing with senior leaders.
• Scale DoorDash’s core delivery network and Ads growth initiatives.
• Establish execution forums, decision-making processes, and cross-functional alignment.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements in execution and organizational capability.
