You will drive transformation programs, coordinate across Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations, and shape the narrative for executives and teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong program management skills and ability to drive complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Steward the long term category wave planning across Technology, Corporate Services, and Marketing towers.
• Lead transformation program management and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Craft and steward the sourcing narrative for leadership and teams.
• Own ambiguous, high-priority projects and drive to outcomes.
• Run the operating rhythm and ensure alignment across brands and markets.
