Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Global Strategic Sourcing partner to drive strategy and execution across technology, corporate services, and marketing for the three brands. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on program management to advance a multiyear category wave plan.

You will steward the transformation program, coordinate with Finance, Legal, Engineering and Operations, and communicate progress to executives. This is a high-impact, cross-brand leadership role in a fast-moving tech company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, management consulting, or related field.
• Strong project and program management skills across cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to synthesize input from many stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, able to tailor messages for different audiences.
• High EQ and relationship-building skills, able to influence without formal authority.
• Analytical and structured, fluent in working with data to frame decisions.
• Highly organized and detail oriented across multiple priorities.
• Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Steward the multiyear category wave plan across Technology, Corporate Services, and Marketing towers and brands.
• Partner with Category Leads to keep the plan realistic, resourced, and current.
• Track progress, surface risks and dependencies, and frame tradeoffs to keep waves on track.
• Connect the wave plan to value creation targets beyond savings.
• Craft and steward the narrative for the Global Sourcing team for leadership and wider audience.
• Draft executive communications and leadership updates.
• Coordinate transformation program management across workstreams and cross-functional partners.
• Lead ambiguous, high priority projects spanning functions and brands.
• Support team health and engagement across a distributed team.
• Design and run the operating cadence for Sourcing leadership.
