Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a strategic sourcing leader to partner with the Head of Global Strategic Sourcing. You will steward the long term category wave plan, run transformation program management, and craft the sourcing narrative to senior leadership.

You will lead cross-brand initiatives across DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt, aligning category strategies with value creation beyond savings and ensuring stakeholder alignment across 40+ markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related field.
• Strong project and program management skills with cross-functional delivery.
• Excellent listening and ability to synthesize stakeholder input into a POV.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, tailored to audience.
• High EQ with relationship-building and influence without authority.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making and storytelling.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Steward the long term category wave planning and execution.
• Assemble and maintain multiyear category wave plan across towers and brands.
• Partner with Category Leads to keep plan realistic and resourced.
• Track progress, surface risks and dependencies early, frame tradeoffs.
• Connect wave plan to value creation beyond savings, including enablement and risk reduction.
• Draft executive communications and leadership updates for review and approval.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Engineering and Operations on delivery.
• Own ambiguous, high priority projects and drive to outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional working groups and ensure milestone accountability.
