Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Steward the long term category wave planning.
• Assemble and maintain multi-year wave plan across towers and brands.
• Collaborate with Category Leads to keep plan realistic and resourced.
• Track progress, surface risks, dependencies, and resourcing conflicts.
• Connect wave plan to value creation beyond savings.
• Craft executive communications and leadership updates.
• Draft business reviews and all-hands content.
• Ensure consistent messaging across brands.
• Own transformation communications; land changes with teams.
• Run program management for sourcing transformation.
• Coordinate with Procurement Center of Excellence and cross-functional partners.
• Assess impact on people, processes, systems; revise plans.
• Keep roadmap current; drive decisions to closure.
• Lead cross-functional working groups; accountability without formal authority.
• Prepare leadership materials grounded in data.
• Support team health across distributed multi-brand team.
• Guide new joiners.
• Design operating cadence of sourcing leadership team.
• Set agendas, capture decisions, follow through.
