Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager, Global Sourcing PMO and Transformation in the United States. The role partners with senior leaders to steward long-term category wave plans, run transformation programs, and maintain an operating rhythm across Technology, Corporate Services, and Marketing towers for multiple brands.

You will drive narrative and communications, align stakeholders, manage complex programs, and enable business outcomes beyond savings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related fields.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to synthesize input into a clear point of view.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, able to tailor messages for varied audiences.
• High EQ with strong relationship-building skills and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Steward multiyear category wave planning across Technology, Corporate Services, and Marketing towers and across three brands.
• Partner with Category Leads to keep the plan realistic, resourced, and current as priorities shift.
• Track progress, surface risks and dependencies, and frame tradeoffs to keep waves on track.
• Connect wave plan to value creation targets beyond savings, including enablement and risk reduction.
• Craft and steward the narrative for leadership and the broader team.
• Draft executive communications and leadership updates for review and approval.
• Coordinate transformation program management, milestone planning, risks, and benefits tracking.
• Keep transformation roadmap current and drive decisions to closure.
• Liaise between Global Sourcing and cross-functional partners across brands.
• Lead high-priority, ambiguous projects and assemble cross-functional working groups.
• Prepare leadership materials and data-driven recommendations.
• Support team health and engagement across a distributed, multi-brand team.
• Design and run the operating rhythm for the sourcing leadership team.
• Set agendas and ensure decisions and actions are followed through.
