Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a strategic Global Sourcing partner reporting to the Head of Global Strategic Sourcing. You will steward the long-term category wave plan, drive transformation programs, and lead high-visibility projects across Technology, Corporate Services, and Marketing for DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt.

You will partner with Category Leads, manage risks and resourcing, and craft narratives for leadership, ensuring alignment across more than 40 markets and multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or management consulting.
• Strong project and program management skills with cross-functional impact.
• Excellent listening and the ability to synthesize inputs into a clear POV.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with executives and partners.
• High EQ and relationship-building with influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Steward the long-term category wave planning across Tech, Corporate Services and Marketing.
• Assemble and maintain a multiyear strategy across brands and markets; translate category plans into a coordinated roadmap.
• Track progress, surface risks, dependencies, and make trade-off decisions to keep waves on track.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations to align delivery and benefits tracking.
