Amazon.com Services LLC's Global Procurement Organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across procurement operations. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects, influence senior leaders, and deliver scalable process improvements at scale.

The role requires deep supply chain expertise, strong analytical skills with Excel/SQL, and the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable programs across country, regional, and cross-regional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Data-driven approach using metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives independently with minimal guidance across GPO operations at country, regional, and cross-regional levels.
• Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Procurement, Finance, Risk, Business Strategy, Technology, and Engineering to deliver transformations from initiation through implementation.
• Create metrics to track performance, measure benefits, and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze data using advanced Excel and SQL to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic improvement.
• Influence organizational goals by working with multiple teams and leaders, extending impact across the organization.
• Lead process improvements by proposing network-wide solutions that drive operational excellence.
• Provide strategic direction and serve as escalation point for complex challenges.
