DoorDash is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead a 12-person TPM team across five engineering organizations. You will partner with senior engineering and product leaders to shape portfolio strategy and drive cross-functional execution in a hybrid role based near San Francisco Bay Area.

• Lead and develop 12 TPMs across five engineering organizations.
• Partner with senior Engineering and Product leaders on portfolio strategy and sequencing.
• Scale DoorDash core delivery, ads, and merchant ecosystems while driving cross-functional alignment.
• Define durable operating mechanisms for execution, risk management, and decision-making.
