Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Logistics within Global Corporate Procurement. You will own complex categories across business units and regions, develop global sourcing strategies, and negotiate multi-faceted agreements to drive savings and value.

You’ll lead RFx activities, manage supplier risk, mentor peers, and present recommendations to senior leaders. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting).
• Experience managing spend categories across IT Software/Services, Corporate Services, Marketing, Facilities/Real estate, Tail Spend (Indirect Categories).
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing and category management in related spend areas (professional services, supply chain, manufacturing, vendor management).

Responsibilities

• Owning complex categories across multiple business units/regions and developing category strategies.
• Developing global sourcing strategies to deliver objectives and build supplier relationships.
• Managing categories in markets with limited competition and mitigating supplier and ESG risk.
• Leading transformational sourcing projects with global scope across teams and regions.
• Presenting sourcing strategies and decisions to senior leaders up to three levels above.
