Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own global social presence, paid campaigns, and online community engagement. You will drive end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid ads (LinkedIn, Meta), and nurture nonprofit advocates across platforms.

You will manage Wrike workflows, leverage HubSpot for campaign alignment, and analyze performance to inform strategy while collaborating with a fully remote team worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Hands-on use of Wrike to manage calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Proficiency with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture, and CRM integration.
• Hands-on in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Comfort with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Figma for visual assets.
• Strong analytics, GA4, and UTM tagging skills.
• Ability to work with a fully remote team across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multinational social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
• Own editorial calendar on Sprinklr; draft mission-driven copy and coordinate multimedia content.
• Manage the LinkedIn newsletter and thought leadership programs to grow subscribers.
• Plan, launch, test, and optimize paid social campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Optimize targeting, ad formats, bidding, and assets to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA.
• Collaborate on UTM tracking, pixel management, and audience frameworks.
• Monitor and engage communities, grow advocacy, and nurture contributors.
• Track performance, generate reports, and inform marketing decisions with insights.
• Coordinate workflows in Wrike and report results via HubSpot alignment.
