TechSoup is seeking a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s global social presence, paid campaigns, and online community ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid social ads (primarily LinkedIn and Meta), and nurture our nonprofit advocates across platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Hands-on experience using Wrike to manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Practical experience working within MarTech tools, and HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture tracking, social publishing, or CRM integration.
• Paid Social Mastery: Proficiency managing targeted campaigns and budgets in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Community Building: Successful growth of audience engagement and online communities.
• Copywriting & Visual Eye: Strong English writing, plus clean visual assets using Canva, Adobe CC, or Figma.
• Analytics: Knowledge of web analytics and attribution tracking (GA4, UTM).
• Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to work with a remote team across time zones.
