TechSoup seeks a creative, analytical, and community-driven Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own its global social presence, paid performance, and online community ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid social campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta), and nurture nonprofit advocates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities (experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or the nonprofit/social impact sector preferred).
• Project Management: Hands-on experience using Wrike to manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• MarTech Tools: Experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture tracking, social publishing, or CRM integration.
• Paid Social Mastery: Proficiency managing campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Community Building: Experience growing audience engagement and activating brand advocates.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute TechSoup’s multinational, multi-channel social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Own the editorial calendar on Sprinklr and coordinate multimedia creative for campaigns, product launches, events, and programs.
• Manage LinkedIn newsletter and thought leadership series to drive subscriber growth and engagement.
• Plan, launch, test, and optimize paid social campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and registrations; optimize targeting, bidding, and creatives.
• Monitor daily discussions across channels, engage communities, and nurture top contributors.
