TechSoup seeks a Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own our global social presence, scale paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, and nurture a vibrant online nonprofit community. You’ll coordinate across Wrike for campaigns and HubSpot for lifecycle marketing, driving engagement, lead generation, and brand advocacy.

The role emphasizes strategic content, analytics, and collaboration with a fully remote, international team, supporting TechSoup’s mission globally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sector preferred.
• Strong copywriting and visual asset creation skills using Canva/Adobe/ Figma.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end organic social strategy across major platforms.
• Scale multinational paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta) to drive leads and registrations.
• Manage online community engagement and cultivate brand advocacy.
• Collaborate with Wrike for editorial calendars and HubSpot for lifecycle marketing and attribution.
