Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a creative, analytical Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s global social presence, paid social performance, and online community ecosystem.

You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid social ad campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta), manage brand engagement across external platforms, and nurture our network of nonprofit advocates. This role is fully remote for US-based teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sector preferred.
• Hands-on Wrike experience managing editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables.
• Proficiency with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture, and CRM integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-national social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Manage editorial calendar in Sprinklr and draft mission-driven social copy and coordinate multimedia creative for campaigns, product launches, events, and programs.
• Plan, launch, test, and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager to drive lead generation and registrations.
• Monitor daily discussions, respond to inquiries, and nurture online communities to maintain trust and engagement.
• Manage end-to-end campaign workflows in Wrike and use HubSpot to align campaigns with broader marketing efforts and track performance.
