Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a creative, analytical, and community-driven Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s global social presence, paid social performance, and online community ecosystem.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid social ad campaigns (primarily LinkedIn and Meta), manage brand engagement across external platforms, and nurture our network of nonprofit advocates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing organic social media and online communities
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sector preferred
• Hands-on experience using Wrike to manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and cross-team deliverables
• Practical experience with HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture tracking, social publishing, or CRM integration
• Paid social mastery with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager
• Strong copywriting and visual design skills using Canva/Adobe/Figma
• Solid grasp of web analytics and attribution tracking (GA4, UTM tagging)
• Detail-oriented workflow management and experience working with remote teams across time zones

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TechSoup’s multinational and multi-channel social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels
• Plan, launch, test, and optimize paid social ad campaigns to drive lead generation and registrations
• Monitor daily discussions and engage with the online community; nurture top contributors
• Manage campaign workflows in Wrike and align social campaigns with broader marketing workflows in HubSpot and CRM systems
