Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a Creative, analytical Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s global social presence, paid campaigns, and online community ecosystem.

In this remote, full-time role, you will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, engage a worldwide nonprofit audience, and collaborate across teams using Wrike, HubSpot, Sprinklr, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing organic social media and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit sectors preferred.
• Hands-on Wrike project management experience.
• Proficiency with HubSpot marketing tools.
• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong copywriting and visual asset creation using Canva/Adobe/Figma.
• Solid web analytics and attribution tracking (GA4, UTMs).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end social strategy across multiple channels.
• Plan and optimize multinational paid social campaigns.
• Engage and nurture nonprofit advocates and online communities.
• Coordinate editorial calendars and campaign assets in Wrike.
• Track and report performance with analytics across channels.
