TechSoup is seeking a creative, analytical, and community-driven Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s global social presence, paid social performance, and online community ecosystem.

In this role you will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid social ad campaigns (primarily LinkedIn and Meta), manage brand engagement across external platforms, and nurture our network of nonprofit advocates.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years managing organic social media and online communities.
• Experience with Wrike for editorial calendars and campaigns.
• HubSpot for marketing campaigns, lead capture, and CRM integration.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience growing audience engagement and brand advocates.
• Strong copywriting and visual asset creation with Canva/Adobe/Figma.
• Understanding of analytics and attribution (GA4, UTM).
• Comfort working with a fully remote, time-zone‑split team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimize multinational paid social campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Monitor daily discussions, nurture community contributors, and drive engagement.
• Manage workflows in Wrike and align campaigns with HubSpot; track leads and report performance.
