Job summary

Jobot in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an International Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage global freight operations, prepare export documentation, and coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers.

The role requires 3+ years in shipping/logistics, ERP experience (NetSuite/SAP/QAD/Oracle), and a collaborative, detail-focused mindset; contract with strong potential for permanent hire and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or international transportation.
• Experience with commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading.
• ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, QAD, Oracle preferred.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments through freight providers and carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Prepare and process commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and export documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely shipment delivery.
• Support import/export activities and ensure shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assist with customs-related documentation and international shipment requirements.
• Track international shipments and resolve logistics issues, delays, and documentation discrepancies.
• Process shipping, receiving, inventory, and material transactions within ERP systems.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure materials move efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with shipping procedures and logistics best practices.
