Job summary

Jobot is seeking an International Shipping & Logistics Coordinator in Sunnyvale, CA to manage global freight operations, prepare export documentation, and coordinate with freight forwarders. The role requires hands-on experience with international shipments and a manufacturing environment.

You will work with ERP systems, support import/export activities, and help ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shipping, logistics, or international transportation experience.
• Experience with international freight shipments and global logistics.
• Experience preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, and export docs.
• ERP experience: NetSuite, SAP, QAD, Oracle or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading and export docs.
• Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams.
• Support import/export activities and ensure complete documentation.
• Track shipments and resolve issues and delays.
