Jobot in New Jersey is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage international freight forwarding tasks within a hybrid work model. The role focuses on delivering shipments on time, coordinating ocean and air exports, and ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

You will work with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams, track progress, and maintain records in the company system. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in ocean or air export operations or international freight forwarding preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Delivery on time per customer's request.
• Coordinate full-cycle of ocean and air export shipments from origin country to final destinations
• Prepare and review documentation for customs clearance
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments
• Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing
• Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system
