Job summary

Focus is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Shipping Coordinator to manage day-to-day shipping operations, including domestic outbound/inbound freight, carrier coordination, and documentation. The role requires 3+ years of experience and hands-on ERP exposure (SAP) to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

Ideal candidates will excel in cross-department communication, maintain end-to-end visibility, and use Excel and tracking portals to log shipment data and generate reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, domestic shipping, or supply chain support.
• Experience preparing shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, invoices).
• Knowledge of domestic freight, carrier coordination, and delivery follow-up.
• Proficiency with Excel, email, and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily domestic shipping activities, including routing and carrier communication.
• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments from order release through final delivery.
• Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, and logistics providers to organize pickups and confirm delivery details.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Monitor shipment statuses, ETAs, and identify potential delays; communicate updates to stakeholders.
