Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, select carriers, and plan routes for timely, cost-efficient delivery.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for timely shipment delivery.
• Ensure imports/exports comply with international and local trade regulations, including tariffs and licenses.
• Coordinate local deliveries and international export operations to meet customer requirements.
• Manage end-to-end flow of materials, including purchasing receiving, tracking, and receipt.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and customers.
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Analyze data to improve logistical efficiency and reduce operating costs.
