5-8+ years of freight coordination or logistics operations experience.
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping and Incoterms.
Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end freight movements across air, ocean, truckload, LTL, parcel, and intermodal shipments.
Monitor shipment status, resolve delays, damages, and capacity constraints.
Prepare and validate shipping documents including invoices and packing lists.
Communicate schedules and updates to internal stakeholders.
Serve as the main contact for forwarders, carriers, 3PLs, and customs brokers.
