Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Strong math skills are essential.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with UPS and FedEx software is preferred.
ITAR knowledge and government-regulations familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage all administrative logistics for outbound shipments with carriers and internal Fleet.
Coordinate outbound domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders.
Obtain quotes and select vendors for freight and forwarding services.
Communicate with internal/external contacts on shipments.
Prepare documents like invoices, bills of lading, and shipping statements.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipments and packaging.
Maintain ITAR compliance and other government regulations.
Handle shipping with FedEx/Ups, and manage freight claims and disputes.
Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
