Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton seeks a Global Vice President, Services to define and execute a scalable global services strategy across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. The role owns growth, performance, customer experience and profitability of the full lifecycle services business, including commissioning, maintenance, remote monitoring, upgrades, parts, training, and service agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of global services leadership experience.
• Experience in industrial services, field service, aftermarket operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and relocate as needed.
• No sponsorship; must be located in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global services strategy, roadmap, and business model.
• Build and scale Boyd Thermal's global services organization, including structure and leadership development.
• Own global Services P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, pricing, and contracts.
• Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle from installation to lifecycle support.
• Develop digital service capabilities and data-driven service insights.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and sales to improve outcomes.
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance across regions.
• Lead organizational transformation aligning with Eaton's global service network.
