Job summary

Boyd Thermal Solutions Inc. is seeking a Global Vice President, Services to define and execute a scalable services strategy across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

You will own the services P&L, drive growth, and ensure a consistent customer experience while leading a global team. In this role you will build a multi-region services organization, establish standardized processes, and partner with engineering, product management, and sales to improve service value and lifecycle profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 15+ years leading global services, field service, or aftermarket operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and relocate if required (US-based).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global services strategy and operating model.
• Build and scale a multi-region services organization and leadership pipeline.
• Own the global services P&L, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle from installation to lifecycle support.
• Partner with engineering, product management, and sales to improve service value.
