Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton seeks a Director of Global Data Center Sales Operations to partner with the commercial organization and enable data-driven selling. This role leads governance, analytics, and cross-functional coordination to optimize performance and strategic initiatives across the Data Center segment.

You will drive pipeline health, forecast accuracy, capacity planning, and executive reporting, while aligning sales, finance, HR, and operations to deliver profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales, marketing, or commercial operations.
• Experience with Salesforce governance and analytics.
• Strong BI and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Operations for Boyd Thermal and Eaton's Global Data Center business.
• Improve pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and account performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for profitable growth and long-range planning.
• Provide analytics to support SIOP, capacity planning, and exec decisions.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive territory planning, incentive deployment, and target alignment.
