You will own the services P&L, drive growth, and oversee commissioning, maintenance, remote monitoring, and spares, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in global services leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in global services or a related industrial business.
• Must be located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global services strategy, roadmap, and business model.
• Build and scale the global services organization with talent and leadership development.
• Establish a globally consistent service operating model with standardized processes and 24/7 support.
• Own the global Services P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, and pricing strategy.
• Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle from installation to lifecycle support.
• Develop digital service capabilities and data-driven service insights.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and sales to improve lifecycle value.
