Boyd Thermal Solutions Inc. is seeking a Global Vice President, Services to define and execute a scalable services strategy across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

You will own the services P&L, drive growth, and ensure a consistent customer experience while leading a global team. In this role you will build a multi-region services organization, establish standardized processes, and partner with engineering, product management, and sales to improve service value and lifecycle profitability.

Job DescriptionThis Global Vice President, Services, will define and execute Boyd Thermal’s global services strategy, building a scalable organization, service portfolio, and operating model that supports customers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. As a member of the leadership team, the role owns global services growth, operational performance, customer experience, and profitability, overseeing the full lifecycle services business including commissioning, maintenance, remote monitoring, upgrades, spare parts, training, and service agreements. Success requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can build teams, drive execution, ensure safety and quality, and deliver a consistent global customer experience while leveraging Eaton’s broader capabilities.Responsibilities:Develop and execute the global services strategy, roadmap, and business model to drive growth, customer value, and recurring revenue.Build and scale Boyd Thermal’s global services organization, including structure, talent acquisition, workforce planning, training, and leadership development.Establish a globally consistent service operating model with standardized processes, service delivery standards, quality systems, and 24/7 support capabilities.Own the global Services P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, pricing strategy, contract governance, and operational performance.Lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from installation and commissioning through maintenance, upgrades, modernization, and lifecycle support.Develop digital service capabilities, connected asset strategies, installed-base management, field service technologies, and data-driven service insights.Build and manage a global ecosystem of service partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and spare-parts logistics to ensure scalable customer support.Champion world-class safety, quality, compliance, and risk management practices across all service operations and regions.Partner with engineering, product management, operations, and sales to improve product serviceability, customer outcomes, and lifecycle value.Lead organizational transformation, change management, and integration initiatives to align Boyd Thermal service capabilities with Eaton’s global service network.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in global services, field service, aftermarket, customer support, operations or a related industrial business.Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc.Must be located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30%Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated experience designing and building a multi-region services organization, including organization design, leadership hiring, workforce planning, operating processes and systems deployment.Proven ownership of a services P&L with accountability for growth, margin, cash, customer outcomes and operational performance.Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams through transformation, rapid growth or the creation of a new operating model.Experience in mission-critical, data center, thermal management, HVAC, industrial equipment, power management or similarly complex engineered environments.Demonstrated ability to develop executive customer relationships, negotiate complex service agreements and lead critical escalations.Working knowledge of field service technologies, installed-base management, parts operations, remote support and data-driven service models.Ability to lead across a highly matrixed, multinational organization and influence senior stakeholders without relying solely on direct authority.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require; valid passport and, where required, an acceptable driving record.#LI-AH1All Job Posting LocationsFredericksburg, Laconia, Remote Massachusetts, WoburnRemote TypeHybridEEO StatementBoyd Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
