Responsibilities

• Build and scale a global services organization with talent and leadership development.
• Own the global Services P&L, forecasting, pricing, and contract governance.
• Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle from installation to lifecycle support.
• Partner with engineering, product management, operations, and sales to improve serviceability and outcomes.
