• 15+ years of progressive experience in professional/advisory services, including leadership with P&L ownership.
• Direct experience in commercial real estate, asset management, or institutional real estate services is preferred.
• Proven track record of growing a services or consulting business line with revenue growth and margin management.
• Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent client engagements with resource prioritization.
• Business development experience from lead generation to proposal/RFP responses to engagements.
