Job summary

Hitachi Vantara seeks a visionary VP Global Services AMER to steer and grow the services business across the Americas. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, craft the strategic roadmap, and lead a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

You will oversee P&L, budgeting, and forecasting, building executive client relationships and aligning offerings with market opportunities. Travel across the region will be required as part of leadership duties and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive leadership experience in services delivery, consulting, or professional services.
• 8–10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a large regional or global services organization.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence in a complex services environment.
• Deep understanding of technology services landscape and customer expectations.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to translate objectives into action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for Global Services in the Americas, aligning with global objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of all services engagements—consulting, implementation, support, and managed services.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for the Americas services organization, managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing services team and foster a client-centric culture.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as executive sponsor.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and internal stakeholders to align offerings with market opportunities.
• Identify and implement best practices for service delivery and customer experience across the region.
• Manage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance capabilities and reach.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
