Qualifications

• 15+ years of services sales experience with large GFS companies.
• 10+ years leading teams in IT sales, service management, or IT strategy.
• 5+ years leading AIML, generative or agentic AI solution sales.
• Credibility to sell complex, transformational IT consulting engagements.
• Strong customer relationship management and executive presence.
• Experience managing large, high-profile delivery engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the GFS ProServe P&L against revenue and bookings targets.
• Hire and develop a diverse team of ProServe sellers and cloud architects.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects across all GFS accounts.
• Oversee high-quality delivery of customized engagements with partners and customers.
• Establish relationships with SIs, ISVs, and MSPs offering cloud services.
• Drive joint engagements that help partners win in large, complex projects.
