Skillsoft is seeking a North America Markets Sr. Director to lead the Market Solutions Teams and drive ARR growth across five NA markets. This player/coach role combines Sales, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success to deliver end-to-end value.

The position emphasizes executive leadership, transformation, and a disciplined customer lifecycle with presales, adoption, expansion, and renewal. Location on East Coast US is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive management in enterprise PaaS spanning sales, CS, and/or professional services.
• Proven track record delivering ARR growth, retention and expansion in a platform-based selling motion.
• Executive-level engagement with C-suite and deep familiarity with North America markets.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and BI tools; MEDDPICC experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Geographical Market Solutions Teams across North America; coach and develop MSLs.
• Coach solutioning: discovery, design, value narrative, and business case development.
• Own regional revenue targets: ARR growth, retention, expansion, and NPS; drive customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement to close feedback loops from field to global.
