Job summary

Nextpower Inc. is seeking a Sales Director, Power Conversion to lead commercial strategy and sales execution for our power conversion portfolio.

Based in Fremont, CA, with remote work considered only with advance approval, you will build relationships with customers, guide multi-stakeholder deals, and align Sales with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal to drive profitable growth. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or equivalent experience.
10+ years in technical or complex B2B sales with leadership experience.
Experience selling solar inverter or power conversion solutions.

Responsibilities

Set power conversion sales strategy, objectives, territory plans, and review cadence.
Lead and coach a sales organization; establish performance expectations and succession.
Develop pricing, proposals, forecasting, and deal qualification criteria.
Own the sales function's operating plan, budget, and resource allocation.
Build senior-level relationships with customers and strategic partners; lead multi-stakeholder pursuits.
