Sungrow North America is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Service Department to lead bid preparation for PV and BESS projects, oversee service contracts, and coordinate with Sales, Legal, and O&M teams from a remote base in the US.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and experience with sales and project execution. Fluency in multiple markets and a proactive, dynamic attitude are valued highly.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing bids for PV/BESS service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid preparation for PV and BESS projects in North America.
• Coordinate with Sales to negotiate non-standard terms.
• Review service pricing with management and create offers.
• Collaborate with legal and O&M on special requirements.
• Identify improvements and propose process changes.
• Present final contracts to enable requirements.
• Work with Service and Sales on new markets and offers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for Service senior management.
