NovaSource Power Services, a leading solar O&M and asset optimization provider, is seeking a remote North America-based Business Development Manager. You will manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract, building strong client relationships and tailoring solutions for solar and BESS capabilities.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in solar/renewables business development, strong communication, and proven success in complex proposals, with up to 75% travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction, or related field.
• At least 4 years of business development experience in solar or renewables preferred.
• Strong B2B sales background with measurable results.
• Solid understanding of solar and BESS.
• Comfortable leading complex proposals and negotiations.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Mansioni

• Identify potential clients active in North America Plants and BESS markets and research their business needs.
• Reach out to prospective clients to establish relationships with NovaSource.
• Lead in-person and video sales meetings to present services and value proposition.
• Manage and execute proposal development with Cost Estimator, Contracts Manager, and Admin Team.
• Follow up with clients to progress RFPs and refine proposals as needed.
• Negotiate key commercial terms and work with Contracts Manager to finalize contracts.
• Log opportunities and track client outreach in the CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships for renewals and onboarding of additional sites.
