Nextpower, a leader in solar platform solutions, seeks a Sales Director, Power Conversion, to drive commercial strategy for its power conversion portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of technical or complex B2B sales with leadership experience.
• Experience in solar inverter or power conversion.
• Proven success in long-cycle sales and negotiations.
• Experience setting operating plans and managing budgets.
• Analytical, with executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Set sales strategy and annual operating objectives for power conversion.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Develop policies for deal qualification, pricing, and forecasting.
• Own budget and resource allocation for the sales function.
• Build senior-level relationships with customers and partners.
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales pursuits from qualification to close.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
• Maintain forecast quality and CRM discipline.
