Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics across the global service organization. You will partner with Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to deliver scalable solutions and drive business performance.

The role emphasizes leadership behaviors and data-driven decision-making, with a base salary in the stated range and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or services tech.
• Experience with field service or equipment-based service organizations is a plus.
• Experience designing integrations, data flows, dashboards, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, master data, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service leadership to define and improve global service processes and standards.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements and technical solutions.
• Lead design and optimization of service systems and infrastructure globally.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and reporting platforms.
• Develop and execute a service master data strategy with governance and accessibility.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create Power BI and Tableau insights for operational and strategic use.
• Develop data flows, queries, and automated reporting from multiple sources.
