Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics that support our global service organization. You will partner with Service, IT, Finance, Quality, and Field Service to build scalable solutions and drive business performance.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on design of data architectures, and the ability to translate complex requirements into reliable, measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service tech.
• Experience supporting field/service operations.
• Proven ability to design integrations & automation.
• Dashboards and KPIs for decision-making.
• Data governance and master data management knowledge.
• Know-how in SQL, Python, scripting tools.
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service leadership to define global service processes and standards.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements.
• Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of service systems globally.
• Design and enhance integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop data governance and master data strategy.
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Create Power BI and Tableau reports for actionable insights.
• Manage data flows and automations transforming data into BI.
• Advise IT and development teams on enhancements and innovations.
• Promote global process adoption and reporting consistency.
• Develop training materials and user documentation.
• Evaluate emerging analytics technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Drive strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Support team development and long-term organizational success.
