Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Commercial Refrigeration Controllers to own global strategy and lifecycle management of its controller portfolio. You will engage with OEMs, installers, wholesalers, and regional sales teams to translate market insight into strong business cases and prioritized roadmaps.

The role requires strategic leadership, deep technical understanding of refrigeration controls, and English fluency with willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; refrigeration, HVAC, controls, electronics, mechatronics, or software knowledge is an advantage.
• Significant experience in product management, portfolio management, or a commercially oriented technical role in an international B2B environment.
• Ability to lead global, cross-functional work with strong communication across customers, technical specialists, commercial teams, and senior leaders.
• Fluent written and spoken English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Set global direction and growth strategy for commercial refrigeration controller solutions across multiple applications.
• Voice of the customer: translate insights into customer requirements, value propositions, and business cases.
• Shape and manage the roadmap balancing customer value, platform leverage, scalability, and financial impact.
• Own product lifecycle, topline growth, and profitability from discovery to phase-out; advise senior leadership.
• Influence across organization and build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
